Pre-Construction Manager
With over 20 years' experience at one of the UK's leading construction companies, Ryan brings exceptional planning and project expertise to every home renovation. Armed with a BSc Honors Degree in Construction Management, he has successfully managed the pre-construction phase of projects valued up to £200 million. Now leading House & Home Renovation, Ryan applies his commercial construction expertise and meticulous pre-planning skills to ensure every residential project is delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standards. His unique background in large-scale project planning and cost management provides clients with a level of expertise rarely found in residential renovation.
Gary Worley
Construction Manager
With over 40 years of hands-on construction experience, Gary brings unparalleled expertise to every home renovation project. Starting in the double glazing and conservatory industry, he has spent the last three decades masterfully managing residential construction projects. As a hands-on Manager, Gary personally oversees each project from start to finish, coordinating site teams and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. His practical approach and commitment to quality ensure exceptional results that consistently meet both deadlines and client expectation
Karl Pedersen
Project Manager
.With over 20 years of construction industry experience and City & Guilds qualifications in both brickwork and plastering, Karl is an integral part of our family-run team. As nephew to Gary and cousin to Ryan, his extensive expertise and family values are woven into every project he undertakes at House & Home Renovation. His dual specialisation ensures exceptional quality across all aspects of our construction work.
